Our Story
Kozak Reitano Communications Group was founded by longtime colleagues and friends Diana Kozak and Gabrielle Reitano, after years of working side by side across agency teams, client accounts, launches, events, and high-stakes media moments.
Through that work, we developed a deep trust in each other, a shared standard for what great communications should look like, and a clear sense of the kind of firm we wanted to build. We wanted to create a partner that is thoughtful, honest, senior-led, and genuinely invested in the people and companies it represents.
KRCG was built for founders and companies with substance, ambition, and stories worth telling well. We are especially drawn to teams building in complex categories, where the value is real but the story may not be immediately obvious. That is where we do our best work: helping the market understand what matters, why it matters, and why now.

Diana Kozak
Co-Founder
Diana Kozak is co-founder of Kozak Reitano Communications Group, where she advises founders and executive teams across AI, fintech, cybersecurity, enterprise technology and other complex B2B industries. With more than 12 years in agency PR, she has led programs spanning media relations, positioning, funding and product launches, executive visibility and thought leadership.
Her work has secured coverage in The Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg, Reuters, Fortune, Forbes, TechCrunch and Business Insider. She has supported Abnormal Security through its rise to unicorn status and advised Medallia around its $247 million IPO.

Gabrielle Reitano
Co-Founder
Gabrielle Reitano is co-founder of Kozak Reitano Communications Group, where she advises companies across B2B technology, cybersecurity, fintech and other complex industries. She specializes in media relations, positioning and thought leadership, helping companies translate technical ideas into clear stories that build credibility and visibility.
Before founding KRCG, Gabrielle held senior PR roles at Notably and MikeWorldWide, leading communications programs tied to growth, category positioning and executive visibility. Her experience includes work with CNET, Abnormal AI, Trend Micro, Shutterstock, Fin.com, and Kashable, as well as companies across SaaS and enterprise technology.
